Plenty of people in university choose not to drink. Young people today are actually drinking less than their parents were. You just need to find other like-minded people.
He can't seem to accept that there are teens who are not rowdy and he seems to be the type that harasses people into doing what he wants.

If you go to any university with your mindest, that you are better than everyone else, that you don't wish to mix with others or live with them, your experience isn't going to be a very fulfilling one...
No you don't have to go out & get drunk but if you flatly refuse to ever drink then your only friends are likely to be Muslims & we all know your views on those lol
You've got my support in giving up alcohol, Owen. In the end it's poison used by the weak to temporarily boost their self-esteem high enough to be able to talk to strangers. It destroys health, the only thing in life that really matters. Once you lose your health, you lose everything else.
Give up the party life if it doesn't interest you, study hard, and soon enough the cool party guys will be working for you. Ignore peer pressure, only you are in control of your life.
I drink alcohol because I enjoy the taste, I enjoy being drunk and it's a good way of socialising - not that I need alcohol to socialise, but it's nice having a cocktail with friends after work.
If I end up with liver disease, then at least I will die having lived a happy and fulfilling life.
Its my life not his. Theres no need to be taking drugs and smoking and having sex rings round. I don't need it and I don't care for it either...
