Had my first sip of red wine imported from Italy. Was relieving to drink some after a heavy dinner.

Won't drink it often however.

Only one week and I'm already homesick. But I stumbled upon an Indonesian restaurant near the rainbow bridge and damn... it cured me. It tasted exactly like the stuff back home from the spices, name. Not to mention the music they're playing. Gamelan, flute. Sundanese music, balinese music. Even the staff speak Bahasa Indonesia. Furthermore, they are Indonesian as well. It feels great to communicate without sign language. The only thing that sets it apart from home is the fact that it cost about 3 times as much.

Praise the lord...

Lol I love it when that happens to me, too. The most common reaction is, "I thought you were white!" "I AM white you dummy." For some reason Americans can't comprehend that whites also are born in the Caribbean, yet they can comprehend that white people live in South Africa. Oh well, the looks on their faces are priceless especially after they complain about latinos or the Spanish language
