Gloomy garbage here too. I would certainly swap the UK summer for Florida!

Some thunder woke me up in the early hours of the morning. And I couldn't get back to sleep. So I did some reading. Finished the Fellowship of the Ring (again) and will be (again) be moving on to the Two Towers. I'm quite the fan of the books and of the legendarium more generally. There are no other works of fiction that I've been able to enjoy to nearly the same extent as LOTR.

So what! I'm going to sunny Florida in a few days!! This country will never have a good sunny summer ever. What a failure.

I don't care. I don't care. I don't care!! Goodbye **** hole UK not gonna miss you!!
Erm you really should correct that post to "Goodbye N.I, not gonna miss you!" as you live in one the gloomiest, wettest & coolest parts of the UK. Plenty of places in the UK do get decent sunny summers, southern England for example, perhaps not every year, but still 100% better summers than N.I...

I think Lawn mowing and Leaf Changes should be documented each year. Weather is a big factor with them and a great indicator of how weather is/was.

Just Mowed the lawn for 8th time this yr.
Last year was 9 times by now
2012 I had mowed 13 times by now

With Global notWarming we'll be mowing less & less. LOL

Still mowing lawns about every week or so here. The combination of rain and mild temperatures, just won't let up.
