My Mum was born in York, and my Dad lived in England from a young age. I'd say culturally, my family is mainly English with a little Hungarian, and barely any Indian. The food at family parties is awesome though!
My Wife is from Jersey and most of her family are French.
Perhaps, but he wouldn't have any other place to call "home", and since he's from a mixed background his parent could only speak English and wouldn't have a foreign culture in common.
