22C at 12:30am in Melbourne! Almost tempted to whip out the fan from it's retirement!

It's actually warmer now than it has been the whole day, and we had the coldest low of the year so far this morning at 6.5C!

You wouldn't know that in 24 hours time it'll be mid-July style wet rainy cold....

My attempt at KFC chicken













Need to be heavier on the seasonings and spice, which is why I've doubled the spices in the flour for the next batch, and added a crapton of hot sauce, chilli flakes and seasoned salt to the brine for the chicken. Roll on tomorrow night

I dug a little bit, it might be a Foxtel box, which is a company owned by the same person that owns Sky, Rupert Murdoch. Course, he can confirm

It's Foxtel yes. When I watch the UK episodes of Wife Swap, sometimes I see the exact same remote as mine and I'm like WTF lol
