I'm happy to have eaten the most perfect watermelon I've ever tasted. I'm also happy because the weather has been awesome since Saturday.

My hot wings turned out very good. 2 teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, paprika in the flour mix. 2 teaspoons of chilli flakes and 4 different types of hot sauce plus a few drops of death sauce in the sauce mixture.

Hot, but not uncomfortable. Need more death sauce. The wings did come out with a nice light crispy skin and maintained the crispness after dunking in the hot sauce, which is what I've been trying to achieve.

I am addicted to KFC, make no mistake, but I do like to cook my own pleasure aswell. Wings, Burgers, chicken, steaks etc. All good stuff and fun to experiment with.

I've been trying doing Buffalo wings for the last few weeks and I think I've come up with a recipe that both tastes great, is hot and has a nice light crispy skin on the wing even after being dredged in hot sauce. Although with my ingredients and portions, they are not stictly buffalo wings anymore in the traditional sense....

All I need to do now is turn them into Thermonuclear wings.

Four more days of work then I'm returning to college for my final semester. Time to start looking for a real job with real money. Of course there's no guarantees in this economy so we'll see what happens. Holding on to my current **** job as a safety net just in case.

I thought you were finished last year?

You kept going on about how you were finished the whole time.
