Nice day here. IKK reached 85F/29C, more lake cooling in the city. MDW 80F/27C, and 78F/26C at ORD.

A lot of 80s in the forecast. Not supposed to get hotter than about 92/93 which in June is really nice. We will get heat in July and August so I'm in no rush.

The high today was 18c (64f). And then it will be 31c on Wednesday. June is always unstable. Early spring? You have snow in March and even April.

Brownsville had a Heat Index as high as 123°F.

I never understood the weather in that part of Texas. Or much of Gulf Coast Mexico for that matter (where a peninsula like the Yucatan can reach triple digits with ease).
