while Cambium is soaked, isolated and scattered storms kept missing my area east of State College, PA. I record 0.39" Sun-Mon. Our July monthly total is only 2.51".
Oh wow. The front actually pushed South of me and is now over north Florida. Only 80 F here at 1 PM under partly sunny skies. Very unusual for July. A normal day would be a good 10 degrees hotter at this time.
71F with a dew point of 48F with sunny skies here at 12:45 pm.
Forecast high is 73F. We’re supposed to be mild and sunny through the weekend.
Wearing jeans in 113F temperatures is not normal. That sounds horrible.
Not really. And dewpoint was between 10°C and 11°C during the hottest time of the day.
Legs effect heat and cold a lot less than upper body. So there was no problem. And in that geography, nobody wears shorts actually.
What is actually horrible is working at shops or restaurants where you are in front of fire at work there. This is really what is horrible when it is that hot outside. Wearing jeans is far from it.
