What does that have to do with the CFSv2 usually being garbage and as of late worse than garbage? At least Bastardi gets the long range forecasting right half the time. It's not only Bastardi who is taking jabs at the CFSv2

Spot on. Moreover He only caters to the snow/cold lovers in the east. All his forecasts are extremely biased.

That increase is a sure fact. I am just shocked with the last 7 years in my area on how much warmer it has been.

I'm over 55" of precip for the year. I think it comes out to pretty much every 4 days on average this year.

Crazy snow start for Northern New England and looks like they might continue it.

He is a snow and cold lover but his forecasts have to be accurate or else he won't have any clients.

And guess what they have been at least recently.

Oh and as for the CFSV2, blow torch.... Major Arctic outbreak in the works

JB is a con man... he is always right according to himself... he twists the outcome to fit his forecast and calls it a win. I only really use him for short term, storm forecasts. His long range forecasts...

Mild morning here at 43F

Could see some colder temps and higher elevation snow starting later this week.

Could be as cold as 52/30 down here in the valley.

Oh really? So let's see how his winter forecast he made available in August turns out.
