Around 9 inches on the year for Hopkinsville in SW KY, which is our seasonal average. Compared with only 1.4 inches from last year.

Just 7.2 inches of snow so far for the winter of 2017-2018 in Indianapolis; this winter has been a harsh winter in terms of bitter cold but a very lackluster and a major disappointment when it comes to snowfall, at least so far.

Had another snow of 1.1" last Thursday night, and 3.6" last night through 3 pm today! And its still snowing lightly.

As of 1/30/2018 3 pm.

My backyard:

October: 0.0"
November: 0.6"
December: 17.2"
January: - 25.6"
February: -
March: -
April: -
May: -

Season: 43.4"

Snow depth = 4"

Approaching my "approximate" yearly snowfall (48"), and only halfway through the season

Both December and January have been banner months for snow. November was below average and October was as well (its very variable though).
