A look at the current Top 30 Snowiest locations for all NWS Climo sites in the U.S.

Alaska & Montana dominating the list but Duluth continues to be at #1. Wow!

Lets see if some Eastern U.S sites can catch up.

Has anyone been following Duluth? Normal snowfall to date is 3.5", they have 18.7"! Over a foot above normal!

Here's Duluth's record since 1885. 3rd snowiest season to date.

If only Bellingham recorded official snow stats, we would be in between Kalispell and Grand Forks! Not bad for a marine west coast climate.

What a snowstorm Dec 7-9.

Here's a look at the Top 30 largest season snowfall departures to date for all Climo sites in the U.S.

Jackson Mississippi with 5.1" for the season is 5" above normal which is 7th most on the list.
Baton Rouge & Atlanta on here as well..

Kinda funny how Jackson and Baton Rouge are more above normal than Hartford and Duluth now. Burlington and Caribou are below normal

Saturday's storm saw 4.6" at KNYC, that's our current total.

Islip was less impressive with 1.3".

Didn't know Duluth got that much snow that early, it's really impressive. Just an epic climate.

Quite a figure for Kotzebue, Alaska, + 20 inches this early in the season. They only average 54 inches a year, so perhaps on their way to a record season there.
