I know, it sucks. 0.3" of that 0.4" was sleet in February that canceled classes for two-and-a-half days. That was kind of fun. There was also 0.1" in December when I was back in NC on break. And we got a trace of snow in early April. What's even more frustrating is all three winter months had below normal temperatures.
