You should've specified more.

A cold trough isn't good for hurricanes, would probably push it out to sea.

My dream is to retire in Wilton Manors some day. Think if a cat 4/5 strikes there real estate prices would come down? Very expensive there for a tiny two bedroom house.

Not necessarily, troughs pull hurricanes towards them. It seems like they are being pushed out to sea when in reality they are just being drawn to the trough before phasing with it. That's why this trough is important to watch, it pulls Irma more west.

The cold air from troughs isn't good for hurricanes though, cold north winds is utter destruction for a hurricane.

It's 89 F with a 76 F dew point at the moment.

Yet people always wanna make the argument that dry weather and extreme heat doesn't cause any inconveniences. "You don't have to shovel sunshine"

Btw I just noticed this, but HWO peaked at a 109 F heat index back on Friday (was 93 F with a 78 F dew point at the time) impressive!!

National Weather Service : Observed Weather for past 3 Days : Hollywood, North Perry Airport

If it's gonna be ball sweat inducing hot, might as well be interesting. I think that's the highest heat index this summer.
