Coyhaique registered -15C this morning, just 3 above it July all time record low of -18C, now I understood why the vegetation is mainly deciduous there.

This year sure has been well outside the standard deviation for Argentine Patagonia and Chile.

After the snow, ice day here in Esquel. -3°C past noon:
