Looking on the cam i've seen that a lot of trees in Washington has leafed out, funny to see them with all that snow.
They will not suffer much damage since temperatures hasnt got very cold.

Yet.
If they drop to the upper teens or lower (The GFS has them at 13F) they will have problems.

Even more leafed out here, regardless of the warm Feb a typical mid March will have many trees leafing out as on average full leaf out date is first week of April, coinciding with last frost.

3 nights in a row with some trees that can't handle that yes. We will see, hoping we bust high tonight.
Won't be insanely bad or comparable to April 2007 as more was leafed out then. wish I could have grabbed pics when I was in Raleigh today on the belt line, the green up was very visible. Hoping for a miracle because I loved all that green.
Why tf won't Raleigh nws issue one.... all of Kentucky has one yet Raleigh nws is being stubborn.... I think after last Feb the growing season was kickstarted... so why the hell wont they issue a warning.
