Now just imagine...an Early start to Winter. lol

Are there any stations that keep track of the 1st / last dates? Curious what the shortest amount of time was between Last and First snows. Not sure where, guess anywhere getting snow this week?

Pretty much struggling past 50s for 7 of the last 8 days. Really haven't been above normal with max temp since April 17th. What does 60s and sun feel like? lol I think we had 2 days like that this month.

So those 2 days are skewing the very warm April data. Sucks. Well.. maybe 4 days there and 2 more coming this weekend. So 1 week worth?

Guess what that means...

Again.

CFS isn't as bullish for May. Near average instead of below for me

I echo your sentiments...

Water Vapor Loops are a favorite thing of mine to look at. Here's last couple hour loop. You can see the storm over Carolinas spinning.

Oranges and Browns = dry air.
Whites and Blues = moisture in air. (not necessarily rain)

Note the spin of the storm is pushing Atlantic moisture into the Northeast.

I see a plume of Pacific moisture incoming in PacNW
