Currently 2.1°C at 7 pm in Edmonton, just shy of our whopping high of 2.2°C. That's five consecutive days now of high temperatures below 40°F. No sun whatsoever during that time; still snow on the ground in places.
Forecast for tomorrow is 5°C (41°F) so we might break the streak.
Maximum for the month thus far is 15.5°C=59.9°F. Looking at the forecast we have a good chance of completing April with no temperatures above 60°F for the entire month. It must be a while since we did that, will have to check.
That's hilarious! 2c high in End of April! Crazy! Diabolical!
Satellite Loop last 56 hours (Since Midnight 25th). Watch the Upper Low/storm slowly come up the coast from the Carolinas.
That ULL was over the gulf states on the 24th. Only 1 sunny day last 9 days here (23rd). Thanks to this feature no sun past 4 days. If this ULL hadn't happened we would of been sunny and leafing out.

The last week of 60s and 70s and a fair amount of sun have really helped us. A good amount of our trees are leafing now. The underbrush is leafed out, and most of the small trees are as well. I bet within a week, it'll look like summer
Yeah, It's pretty much hopeless until Mid-October. What makes it especially frustrating is how everywhere else cools down so rapidly.
Nope, our cooldown in the Northeast is slower than Italy's economic growth too. September is closer to June than to May in temperatures. The average October in LGA is about 5-6F warmer than the average April and has a lot more chances for heat waves
Ewww, it's cloudy Overcast but no rain=waste of clouds. Please make it rain, if it's gonna be cloudy it might as well rain
