It got up to 90°F here. Sadly that's only the eleventh earliest first 90 degree day. In my dream climate the earliest 90° day ever is in the second week of April, and the average first 90° day is in late May.

Here, In Aurora, Maine, 40℉/4.44℃, Dew Point 11℉/-11.67℃, Winds North 7MPH - Clear

Sunny, brilliant, blue skies, slowly absorbed the snow today and released it into the thirsty ground, longing to be filled...
Watched the shadows deepen across the Birch Meadows as the sun set. With still a half a foot of snow clinging to her, she slowly faded into darkness and was embraced by fulfillment and gratitude...
Sleep well, Friends, in the joy that has yet unfolded into tomorrow!

We have our answer... 2 separate responses. 2nd one to correct the 1st OBS.

Basically, since there are multiple stations there, they use the first one to report. AND it's a 24hr max. So map was right, just wasn't the PHX station.

Looks like we maxed out at 48 F/9 C today. High of 52 F/11 C tomorrow and getting colder Wednesday. The forecast has been modified, but still chilly with a highs in the mid-to-upper 30s Wednesday and Thursday before rebounding back to average Friday.

The sun feels noticeably stronger now.

I was going off of DFW normals which are close to 69°/46°F (20.6°/7.8°C) right now
