I didn't know they had a regional view of Min/Max temps with this site. Cool.

Yesterdays Min/Max for Southeast

Northeast Max temps yesterday

U.S Max temps yesterday

Can't believe the normal max is now 50°. Feels like it should be like 38° or something. Wow.

Here is the next 5 days from NWS for Hartford..

Today & tomorrow well below normal.
Friday & Sat seasonable.
Sun & Mon well below normal

Here were the max temps yesterday. Nice! Mid 50s across CT.

Average first 80s here are in March with an average of 2 80 degree days (1981-2010) in march. Checked my forecast and quite a few more opportunities coming up.

A really steamy night it seems, had trouble staying asleep and was tossing and turning.

Here we go again. Been a windy month and makes sense. Jet stream dipping in the East so the base of the Jet in the area creating the winds. I get more winds with a NW flow than a Southern flow.

.
NWS doesn't have 80s next 7 days. Your normal max is still in the 60s.

Enjoy today, well above normal!
Then 3 days below normal than back above.

TWC has some opportunities, yesterday was never forecast at 80 but most March 80 degree days are NEVER forecast at 80 but rather 78 or 77. Today is actually a few below normal, I think you were looking at the first high lol. Look at yesterday, your graphic shows 77 as forecast yet we hit 82, happens all the time in spring and winter that they underforecast or sometimes over forecast. I can generally tell which days will underperform or overperform.

Oh yeah, sorry, Tuesday is yesterday. lol . Yeah, easy to go above forecast high a lot but I think yesterday was a case of timing with the storms around. They must of factored in more clouds than sun so gave a 77 instead of an 80 forecast? Not sure.

I don't know, any storms came late at night. Sky was not clouded over either. Only local station that generally doesn't over forecast or underforecast as much as everyone else is WRAL.
