He's usually not (at least for CONUS). Better than NOAA and Accuweather at least.

And that's the JMA SST analog. Not his forecast.

GFS maintains the cold core over New England Wednesday night.
So models got this right 7+ days out but can't get storms right this season.

You are the only person on Earth who finds higher humidity more comfortable.

I prefer moderate humidity. Dewpoints around 60 F when temperatures in the 80s. When the dewpoints are really low, there is way too much diurnal range. I experienced a high of 83 F and a low of 45 F today.
If it's going to be hot during the day, I'd rather start my morning off at 65 F or higher.
If it's going to have a low of 45 F and I have to experience it at 7AM, I'd rather have a high of 65 F than 83 F.
The plus to moderate humidity is less of a swing in temperatures (in addition to the possibility of warm rain and thunderstorms).

higher dew points isn't necessarily better. 85 F with 12% humidity felt great today here, not much different than over there (at least to me, it feels the same, i like both).
