Tropical! I got 69 here still at 10pm 70s in NJ and waiting to see if I get into the 70s Dewpoints too. NAM model says yes.

From NYNY

WILL BE MONITORING TO SEE IF THE 70 DEGREE DEW PTS DO INDEED NUDGE INTO
THE AREA...AS INDICATIVE ON THE 18Z NAM. BECAUSE OF THIS...A FLASH
FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE FORECAST AREA THROUGH
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

From Raleigh

WARM FRONT LIFTING NORTHWARD ACROSS THE REGION... WITH LOWER 80S
TEMP/LOWER 70S DEWPOINTS NEAR THE VA BORDER AND MID 80S/70S
DEWPOINTS NEAR THE SC BORDER.

From Greensboro

.LONG TERM /WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY/...
A VERY DRY AIRMASS WILL BE
IN PLACE FOR AUGUST WITH PWATS BELOW 1"...AROUND 2 SD BELOW
NORMAL...AND EXPECT DRY CONDITIONS TO PREVAIL WITH COMFORTABLE
TEMPS IN THE 80S WITH DEWPOINTS IN THE LOWER 60S

The dew point hit 19.8°C yesterday evening. Last year we had a 20°C dew point during an early summer heat wave and the last time it hit 20°C before that was way back in 1999. So this is quite impressive for Vancouver, especially given the fact that that was the third or fourth time this summer where it reached 19°C.
