Keep em coming... gonna need 2 hands to count and your feet.

Welcome to the new warmer pattern guys. Troughs aren't digging deeper in the East anymore and cool downs not as long lasting as the warmth. Ridge more pronounced in the South/SouthEast/East... I seriously hope it changes by November!

Sounds like an especially helpful pattern to come in time for the winter. Hopefully the cold air will come to your house and then stop there lol.

The only thing that would screw up the "warmth" would be clouds and rain...but my dewpoint projection for you remains either way. I wonder what the record is for you for consecutive 70s as max. (Must be a reason why I'm asking )

It's a shame that dewpoint information is not recorded in Nowdata etc.

Wow, your region is drier than a lot of the PNW.

Doesn't feel like fall. Feels like last week. We had mid 40s one morning last week.

Nice! Lucky you. I haven't been in the 40s in a long while.

Graph of my dewpoints here. Low of 51°F this morning.

You can see the main range since June 1st has been in the 60s. Not many days less than 55.

I have to check that 80+ there in June. Calling Quality Control! LOL
I'll go into the log and fix if it was a spike error.

I guess you can see the fronts and cold shots with this too. Or at least the NorthWest flow

Just counted, Chicago/MDW had a peak dew point of 21C/70F or higher on 33 days this summer which is actually about the average
