Whats the deal with Winnipeg this year? Frozen pipes in June. Snow piles in August. Constant Dewpoints in 60s now I see 90°F? Gees make up your mind. LOL
The humidity continues in Vancouver, dew point hit 18°C once again today. So far this month we've had one day where it only went up to 15°C, three days where it only went up to 16°C, and the rest of the month has been at or above 17°C.

20°C - 2 days
19°C - 1 day
18°C - 7 days
17°C - 3 days
16°C - 3 days
15°C - 1 day
This is insane...91F with full sun at 2pm and a dewpoint of 77. Feels like 14F hotter than the actual, 105 heat index.
