How much did you get from that storm?

I originally thought 4-5, but I think it was more in the neighborhood of 6-7. Never measured though. You?

I was in Upstate NY (Ithaca). Looked like 1-2 inches, but the official data shows about 3 inches. Was disappointed, but it was more convenient for driving.

Western Massachusetts was about an inch on the ground right now. Both Ithaca and much of the rest of upstate NY and interior New England should lose their snow cover tomorrow.

Still got some interesting ice in Ithaca. Some photos I took:

Nice pictures.

The storm was a nice way to "ease" into winter. A decent amount of snow, but nothing crippling.

True. I was hoping for enough snow to coat trees, for better scenery and photos.

Tonight, A lot of the sidewalks were coated with ice from the freezing rain and were annoyingly slippery. At least I didn't fall. Saw someone slip and almost fall.

Similar picture here Rozenn, don't be too downbeat though, a massive easterly blast looks set to attack France soon, maybe even here if we're lucky but often not

Most of the snow melted last night. Lots of bare ground.

Yes, let's just hope it doesn't go down the drain like one week ago. Looks more reliable this time though.
I'm hoping for the UK as well. We deserve it after this 5-month autumn.
