Wow. Ricky Martin. I wonder where the line to get into the theater will start. Usually, they start outside. Perhaps there is a separate entrance for the theater?

From what I can tell there is a separate location. Near the front entrance of the hotel.

Artistically I thought it was cool......I guess its supposed to symbolize Washington's crossing of the Potomac

This is a good idea with far-reaching benefits for the area.....now they just need to get affordable water taxis betweend the three major ports.
