Got about a foot here in Windsor. My friends up on Hartland Hill road (towards Woodstock) got nearly twice that. A lot of variation across the state. Glad today was sunny as it's melting off the walkways quickly. I'm ready for spring!

Default Snow pictures

Here are four photos from Weybridge, Vermont - early morning (March 15 ,2017) after the snow. (I hope this works! Doing attachments is not my forte!)

View down to Otter Creek;
A field along Rte 23;
Hay wagons and hay elevator;
Wheel.

Awesome pics guys. Winter leaving us with a bang, huh.

Here's the snow depth from this morning. Accurate for here with 8" on the ground. Is that pink spot Jay peak?

Seems accurate to me-map shows here as being right on the line between yellow & green, 10-12 inches.

Tried figuring out where the pink spot on map/graphic was, but Jay Peak is north & west of that bit (had to check Wikipedia-it's located 4 miles south of Canadian border).
That extreme snow depth looks to be in northern Caledonia (or southern Orleans) County, near Hardwick/Lyndonville/Danville.
My guesses are Wheelock Mntn. (2782 ft.) or Mt. Hor in Sutton (2656 ft.)-am not familiar with the far reaches of the state (in relation to the corner I inhabit).

Weds. Mar. 15, 2017. The day after Big Snow Event. My pedestrian-eye-view of:
sidewalks which were nonexistent (except for brief stretches in front of a couple homes)
& how much snow is in that tree ?
Was sunny today, all the better to aesthetically appreciate the sparkling new oodles of snow

I didn't think would be heavy and wet there but looks it.

Hey guys... Interested? This is for NWS Albany coverage area (which covers southern VT) but you can ask NWS Burlington if they have openings.

Around 3 p.m. Sat. in Brattleboro-clumpy flakes.
Saw photos of accidents on Rte. 9 (in both NH & VT) as result of this spring's wintry mix.
There pics are just out my window, glad I didn't have to go out in it.
