Yeah we're right on that spine of snow the mountains, and it hasn't stopped. This snowfall on top of what we had is producing some interesting shapes outside lol. I'll take some pics in a bit!

Did you get any snow from this Cambium? Or were you on the line?

Nice pics! Will you eventually make a path to get to the shed or there's really nothing you need in there right now?

VT weather fascinates me with the micro climates and mountains.

I was near "the line". Was a Potpourri day for me with sleet, snow, ice, rain.

NYC & Long Island were getting rain and mixed precip while I was getting all snow. 2.6" of snow for me while less than 1/2" for NYC & Long Island. Meanwhile 20 minutes north of me they got 5" of snow. Always fun when that happens.

Scroll down this link to see Yesterdays radar loop around lunch time. Watch Long Island switch from ice, snow and rain while CT stayed snow.

Some pics of mine.

Last 4 hour Loop 6-10am this morning.

Storm Bomb off coast of Maine right now. Check out the snowfall total reports so far. I see 10-18" from Boston into Maine. See that purple band rotating into Maine? Intense snows under there. Blizzard underway.

Looks like the Mountains in Vermont are letting up now. Some snow showers still around.

Don't need anything from inside the shed, but we'll have to climb over the pile to get to the firewood under the overhang there ha ha....

Ugh I hate that slushy stuff, that is the worst. Pain to shovel, pain to walk in, and the worst is when it freezes over. I hope you can clear that stuff out easy and quick for your sake...or at least get some more snow on top!

2 Maps..

This is why NWS Vermont really needs another official "climo site". The only spot that measures snowfall officially is Burlington. Lots of gaps on the map for VT. Ugh.

Anyway -- Season snowfall so far.

Burlington 46.1"
Hartford 42.6"
Providence 38.2"
Boston 32.4"
Islip 31.9"
Bridgeport 29.8"
NYC 20.5"
Philly 8"

This months snowfall total. Almost 2 feet for Hartford. More on Long Island than Caribou Maine...Probably not after today. lol.

Here is the Canadian says for Thursday 1am. Strong 977mb storm off coast of Maine...AGAIN! But this time closer to coast. Snow starts in Vermont Wednesday afternoon

1. Why do you "hide" the photos. (yes, I'm lazy and want less things to click. LOL)
Because I'm impatient and want the page to load more quickly. With all these images, it takes ages. Spoiler tags speed that process up.

No.
