Yes Canyon TX. Go Buffs !! Very friendly place. I attended WTAMU about 13-14 years ago This town has changed beyond recognition now including this courthouse. This place used to have hundreds of international students. This was Randall County Courthouse. Adjoining Potter County Courthouse would have been a more easily recognisable building in Amarillo due to its Art-Deco look. The Interstate is I-27 I think.
Your turn Please.

That was my next guess, south of Amarillo (I-27) with the big cowboy statue on US 60 heading toward Clovis, NM. There is a winery nearby at the west end of Palo Duro Canyon, Bar-Z, which makes some very impressive wines. Used to drive through Canyon annually from AZ to OK.

Yeah I think those Grain elevators are near Hereford TX. The cowboy statue has been refurbished it seems. It was in dilipidated state when I was living there. I am not sure about winery as it is pretty much a Dry County. There is a Texas show in Palo Duro Canyon plus some good Thai food restaurants in Canyon.

I visited Palo Duro in September 2013, loads of advertising for the Texas show. Same time I first visited Bar-Z, which is just south of Palo Duro Club Lake and Tierra Blanc Creek. east of I-27. Randall County is now "wet", only 5 hold-outs in the state remain "dry". Lubbock has some world-class wineries; there's a lot of tax revenue to be had and a lot of counties have seen the light, so to speak.
