I am rearing to watch tonight - and no big deal for me on the slaughtering - I survived seeing the slaughtering of rabbits (which are, to me, pets - not food) as well as sheep, so a pig or cow is no big deal to me. I've been to many hog slaughterings in my time - I even saw an aunt twist a chicken's head to kill it and then do the whole dipping/plucking thing. Anyone who eats meat should know their food comes from animals, not some mysterious machine that plops out serving sizes in styrofoam trays.

I was traumatized as a kid watching some guy slaughter and gut a pig. All that blood! I think I actually passed out. This was at some family reunion on someone's farm. I was so young, I don't remember who's farm it was. So, I hope they don't show a full-on slaughtering in its entirety. But, I'm still gonna watch the show!

Just for the record ... I mainly eat fish and veggies.

Seth is a moron, he should have left tonight. That was too funny the way he butchered that beef. He reminds me a bit of Craig last season, only more loud-mouthed. Also his stragety to send home the best is stupid too, it's still early in the competition to do that. And Lacey, man I'm embarrased for Charlotte, NC. She is terrible, but at least she makes me laugh.

BTW, watching the teams cook the beef made me hungry, anyone got some leftover steak they wanna share?

If these people had a problem with a meat locker why are they in the food industry? That exercise they did naming the cuts and where they come from was taught in my 9th grade home ec. class!

I wouldn't have kept Seth for the fact of all the meat he wasted.

Did the girls have to eat the organ meats?

After watching tonight there is clearly some dead weight there in both kitchens.

Did I hear right when Gordie called lacey a "jumped up b*t*h"!

I heard him say something like, "You're like a Britney Spears you junked up (?) b****."

All I can say is Lacey and Colleen dodged another bullet!

As did Seth. That guy should be g-o-n-e!

Jaxson... I wondered that same thing. I never heard anyone tell them they HAD to eat that stuff.

All that barfing was making ME sick! If I were them I would have gone to bed hungry. Just as an aside, it was great to see Sunstone (the winery in Santa Ynez). I was there last year and bought a bunch of their port. I wanna go back soon!

I too think Seth should have gone, although Charlie was no prize either. Seth is just a screw up with a motor mouth. What's up with Giovanni? He's bragging about being the steak house man - and then he screws up all the steaks!

I hope Lacey goes next week, although I do get a kick out of watching her make a fool of herself during the talking segments.

I don't eat beef so yea, I was gagging at all of the meat.
Seth is a useless doofus and is only being kept so Gordo can have someone to curse and scream at for a bit longer.
