So true :-) I think they do some fast-forwarding a bit. They do a ton of walking on the show.

I don't really mind the suspension of disbelief if the show is kept interesting. Tonight's episode looks like good.

I have been behind ever since Easter and just decided to marathon the last 3 episodes tonight. I hate that I had to avoid this thread.
I give JJ Abrams major props for this series, I wished he kept it filmed in Wilmington NC but understanding with season with the Georgia republic.Great cast.

I thought tonight was another suspenseful episode and great cliff hangers. Madison & Monroe battle, the cue going on the outside with Gus & son and will they bother to find a way to level 12 and turn the power on or cause fire.

I wonder if the studio preferes watered down post apoc because this is sadly the pattern. I'll watch it due to it being more interesting than the general run and its not a doctor show or a cop show. I wonder if he could do it without studio input what he'd do.

Good episode. I like that everyone has some things to be responsible for. There is a long song about one science fiction series, the song called Horse Tamer's Daughter. One part of the chorus is 'the ruined tower stands abandoned and alone' and at the end the singer becomes the keeper and 'the ruined tower stands no longer that alone'. Song kept running through my head.

Preview for next week is VERY interesting. I've always thought Rachael had a lot of blood on her hands too. Good thing its coming back. I like that line, be careful what you wish for.....

I enjoyed Monday's episode. It's starting to be a little like LOST which I am okay with as it's a different take on it. The coil guns are pretty cool, and reminds me of the game "Half-Life" by Valve. I hope they continue the sci-fi aspect of the story and add things like teleportation, time travel, etc. It would be really cool if they could travel back in time before the blackout and potentially stop it from happening in the first place.

They need to explain more how Aaron is apparently the one who created the nanotechnology but somehow doesn't know this.

I'm sure there is much more to the story that Rachael hasn't got around to explaining. (Or is it that she did that on LOST?). Aaron probably knows a lot more than he thinks, but whoever was running the scheme knew he'd refuse.

i'm flustered lol, I wasnt expecting the ending and have questions tomorrow, they definitely did a cliff hanger but the dynamic of goal will be different.
I just want to reach and strangle the arrogance out of Rachael.

I agree it was a great finale. Lots of stuff moving along. Some teasers for the next season.

I only hope they continue with the SciFi angle and add more of that.

I found Rachael a bit boring until they started with her background. She's proven one of the more interesting. Driven and with a single vision, she had stopped being the 'mom' and become this slightly deranged mad scientist.

I honestly wonder if somewhere along the way, she or someone else will turn off the world's power as things get totally out of hand.
