Well, they do need a bit more plot, but with the ability to turn things on again they've moved on into new possibilities.

On the other hand by indication it had truned into a prettty brutal world, and those like Charlie who grew up in it would not see viilence/killing/burtality in turn as excessive. If it became kindler and gentler I'm not sure it would be believable. I'm most interested in the son and how he sees things now, especially since mom traded the key for him.

It's a brutal world they live in. That would be the world if something like that happened, people are not nice now, it would get worse if everyone had to fight just to survive. Plus this show is geared toward the brain dead 14-25 year old audience, they don't want plot just brain numbing action.

I think everyone would really smell bad, be skinny and have hairy legs. Kinda like the people on Survivor.

Looking forward to the return! I decided to watch the first 10 episodes again so I could refresh my memory. I actually enjoyed it more the second time. I thought Charlie was annoying the first time around but this time she didn't bother me at all. I know I'm in the minority concerning Charlie but her actions made sense to me this time. I think that's how a young woman would react after having gone through so much upheaval as a child. Anyway that's my opinion.

I also think the plot of the show is pretty good. And I'm not from the "brain dead or brain less"(can't remember the exact comment) generation of 14-25 yrs. old. I'm in my later 40's.

Pretty good episode Monday night. I sort of expected the thing that happened to that guy to happen. And the mom is grating on my nerves. I'm surprised Charlie hasn't smacked her yet.

I thought the episode was pretty good. I was not expecting what happened. At least not till I saw him pick up that rocket launcher.

I'm glad Neville's son has "defected". Good for him.

I like the flashbacks too. It really helps to define the characters and their actions after the blackout. Looking forward to rest of the season.
