Unfortunately......brought some moldy bread with a bag of crushed potato chips last week from there.

I usually only shop there for snacks; when I'm actually buying groceries. I head out to Pearland.
I love the Pearland HEB. They also have a good Krogers.

I love the meat discounts at Randalls. I get my ethnic fix at Fieta on OST and Kirby

This is NOT walking weather lol

I had class this morning and had to carry around in my bag some tissue because my nose was running; still is.

I grew up in Waco; so I ain't use to Randalls and Krogers. I just stick with HEB and sometimes go to Fiesta.

lol, you can't let 40 degree lows get to ya.

anyway Randalls is the place for steaks. they are priced at ridiculous prices (25 bucks for a 3 pound steak) but with the card you get crazy deals like 18 dollars off. So the 25 dollar steak just became a 7 Dollar steak.

Krogers have good deals too. since they are all in a row in Pearland my aunt shops at all of them. Starting at Foodtown and working her way down.

I guess I need to step out my comfort zone and try those places sometimes.

Actually my dogs are with Jluke on this one. These past few weeks they have not taken to walking very much. when I take them out the little one wants me to carry him all the way and the bigger one just wants to sniff the grass. I have to drag them out of bed in the mornings, but in summer they are usually up before me.

I think it is perfect weather for dog walking, but my dogs disagree

oh don't get me wrong, those places are crazy expensive but they do also have crazy deals.
And Randalls sometimes have items that are not often found in other stores.

Dallas doesn't have perfectly in place zoning until you get into the far northern burbs (Plano, Frisco, Mckinney, etc.) Houston's high class suburbs such as The Woodlands, Sugar Land, & Katy are zoned like Dallas'.

Its better zoned than Houston, but still Dallas is no prize winner when it comes to zoning.

I prefer the chaotic look of Houston myself. Its easier to get to places you don't have to drive all over town to find them like you do in Dallas.

No zoning also makes for a quirky, less segregated city. Dallas is not racially integrated at all. There are barely any cultural offerings inside of Dallas proper.
