I personally think Houston's skyline is by far the best in Texas, and amongst the best in America. I am interested in other peoples opinions.

I like Houston's better. It is very well planned and not just a bunch of buildings trying to compete with each other (Dallas).

Plus Houstion's has TWO impressive skylines, downtown and uptown. Uptown houston's skyline is bigger than downtown atlanta's skyline, thats pretty amazing.

You should've included a poll!

Houston's is a bit more uniform, but I like them both, to be honest.

I like Houston's better, mostly because the buildings are taller.

On the south part of Houston, around pearland, when you're coming north towards downtown on 288, the view is amazing! not only can you see downtown, but uptown as well. Somebody needs to take a picture of that view and post it. People only see downtown in most photos, but that view is amazing, that is why Houston defintely has the top 5 best skyline in North America, and top 10 or top 15 skyline in the world. To me personally, the Dallas downtown seems very dull, I am not a big fan of it, but ive noticed a lot of people do like it. I am a bit bias since HOuston is where i was born and raised, lets get some dallas people to defend their city, lol.

Yeah, yeah. The immediate skyline of Houston is alright, but it's not until you get into the midst of downtown when you will see the real impressive buildings.

Houston's for sure. Very nice skyline. Buildings are much taller than they look in pictures, and unique while still being beautiful.

Some of the buildings in the Dallas skyline that are very recognizable and some people like, I think are just tacky looking... sorry.

A different city, but there's a building in Austin that looks so much like one on the Houston skyline (except Houston's is probably twice the height)... was it done by the same architect?

You know, I think I prefer Dallas's skyline at night. You get a breathtaking view driving in from I-45 and seeing the Reunion Tower...

Dallas is very good at night, but when Houston actually lights up at night, it is better. Hands down Houston in the day, too.
