Default Thank you

Thank you to all Westcreek homeowners who have paid their HOA dues. We're carrying the load for 268 owners who have not paid a dime this year. That represents a $20,340 revenue shortfall for the HOA so far this year.

Yes, times are tough.

Hoot Owl - Good Afternoon

When someone is late (after a month) on their dues there is a late charge. What if someone goes several months without paying? What kind of extra fees are those 268 looking at?. It's sad that this is July and those folks haven't paid.

You are right times are tough tough but we have to cut wherever we can. *I look forward to the Sunday Paper for one thing -Coupons. Although it's not alot compared to some folks I saved $7.00 at WalMart last night. (Total purchase was $63 and some change after using the coupons)

My wife just asked me how many homes are in Westcreek? I said 3600-3800 ?

Thanks

Thanks

I don't think so. The board of directors can be replaced though.

The pools can be rented after they close for the day.

I don't blame you one bit for moving and hopefully the values here don't go down too low. This place has definitely taken several turns for the worse.

I have no idea. But delinquent payments to the HOA can have serious legal consequences. It's much cheaper to pay now than to give much more of your money to lawyers.

Default Water Pressure

Are any of you experiencing a fluctuation in your water pressure? We've noticed this for a couple of days now.

My water pressure sucks! I've lived in the Vistas for about five years and the water pressure has always been horrible! The Centex rep said it would get better after the construction of the subdivision was complete.

Before the Vistas I lived in an older part of Westcreek (Quail Meadow). The water pressure there was awesome!

And to answer your question, No fluctuation here - just been always crappy!
