good topic! My water pressure has been sucking for a while too and I live in the original part of the Estates. I've been meaning to ask about that too. I also have an issue with my LG front loader washer. It has a screen between the machine and the hose that is getting filled with little calcium stone looking things. I don't know where they keep coming from, but the cold water flow to the washer is now barely a trickle and it takes forever to do a load of wash. Anyone ever had this happen? I knew this water was hard, but that is just crazy. I would leave the screen off, but I'm pretty sure those little pebble things will probably clog something up on the inside.

704-7297 is the SAWS number to call for pressure problems. A field rep will be in contact with me, so hopefully this can get resolved. It would probably help if more people called. That way they'll realize it's not just one guy whining..

nice service. they're actually coming out tomorrow, but I would still recommend others call. It's almost too late for today, but if you do call, go through the operator. The button for water issues just brought up two people's answering machines. Going through the operator got instant service.

Just a wild guess that one of the water lines has been cracked or partly crushed and what you're seeing coming out of your filter rd is caliche. The leak could be hidden for any number of reasons. The way they're throwing up developments nowadays it's a possibility.

so there's probably somebody around here that has crazy green grass and can't figure out why.. hopefully they fix it. Today is my watering day and my sprinkler barely covers 1/4 of my front yard and it used to easily cover the entire thing. I sure am glad someone brought this up

It may not even be close to a residence...keep a look out for anything that unusually wet. It could be out in a vacant lot somewhere and not be noticed.

I'll be 55 in 9 days and just spent the last two days on a jet ski allll day. Sure I can't walk today or bend over or stand for to long or grasp anything with my right hand, but I wouldn't have done that in my 30's or 40's. !

I would love to move over there. I have heard some interesting stuff about " those old folks"!

Yes, times are tough.
Tough times so the HOA decided to raise our dues this year! Revenue has been increasing every year if only due to more homes being built. Stop wasting so much money, cut the dues back to where they were or better yet $29 below where they were since that is the level set in the CC&Rs that is handed out to new residents to this day! WAY TO MUCH MONEY GOING TO THE HOA...over $1,000,000 per year budget. That should buy a lot more than two pools, some grass cutting, and a small staff to manage it!

I did not say old, I said older than me.. or at least that was what I meant to say. I think they need to allow people that got rid of their kids early in there too. I don't want to be around a bunch of people with kids anymore. I did my part and now it's time to enjoy the better things in life, like grandkids
mine was over today and she is getting so big. She can now crawl and sit up on her own. Not even 7 months ago I was afraid to touch her because she was so tiny and fragile.

At any rate...where do you want the flowers sent ???
