It's really not too far from the Water Works Car Wash either, where another person was recently murdered.

While we are on the topic of shootings and stabbings, as some of you know I have been keeping track of serious violent crime incidents reported in the Providence Police Case Log beginning mid-February of this year. What's also pretty obvious now to most, is that the city has seen a huge uptick in violence (expected) over the summer as well as an increase in homicides over last year (to date). Anyhow, another thing caught my eye just now. August had so far been the bloodiest month of 2020, logging 68 of these serious violent incidents. September followed with 65 incidents. Last month, October was #3 with 62 incidents. But just one thing...nothing from Friday or Saturday has been logged yet. Those are the "busiest" two days of the week. Once the final numbers are in, I can EASILY see October matching or exceeding August as the bloodiest month so far in 2020. The "summer surge" does not yet appear to be waning, and anybody should find this data alarming.

I recently posted that Nissan Altimas were "a" popular thugmobile, which also happens to be true. They were popular back in the late 90s and 2000s, now most of them are held together by bandaids. They still seem to be a thing among low level thugs and are quite ghetto, however most of the big 'bangers today go for the dark colored SUVs.

:
Held together by bandaids? The Altima is still in production. I rented one last year, I'll have to warn Enterprise it's a ghetto car!

"90s AND 2000s" models. Yes they still make them, but an Enterprise lot is mostly where you'll see them.
