^^^Haven't been by there too recently, so not sure I know what you're referring to. There was talk a few weeks ago about Best Buy downsizing and moving into the old RoomStore place just north of that intersection, but isn't it all gas stations and a bank right at the intersection?

I don't know why'd they'd downsize. The location they have across from Triangle Town Centre always seems busy! I could see H.H. Gregg downsizing more than Best Buy.

Here is the article I saw.

It's a company-wide strategy over the past couple of years.

Capital at spring forest was a mobil gas station and car wash behind. I feel like their probably just going to build a bigger and better gas station there.

As for what they are building where the Mobil station was, I'm not sure, but it definitely doesn't look like a gas station. They have a couple large cinder block walls up and some I-beams now.

Yep, we covered all of that.

I don't know what the former Mobil station is going to be. Didn't spot anything in a quick online search.

I'm inclined to believe they're just rebuilding the Mobil store at Spring Forest and Capital Blvd, because the Mobil sign was never taken down. They've been very careful to leave that up during the rebuilding, so they don't have to reapply for a sign permit.
