If "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" is repealed, should homosexuals have separate sleeping and bathroom areas? (Limbaugh, school)

If the Senate passes a similarly amended bill to the House bill that passed last week with the Murphy Amendment, then homosexuals will be prohibited from joining the military.
The amendment repeals the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" law, but does not say anything about allowing homosexuals into the military. Which means the law, once DADT is repealed, will revert back to the way it was prior to 1993. The military will be able to ask your sexual preference, and they will be able to bar anyone who claims to be homosexual.
Perhaps this thread belongs somewhere along with the other "genius" respondents in this video testifying to the sheer brilliance of the majority of Americans and their vast knowledge base; which gives them added insight into important socio and geopolitical issues affecting the future of our planet and it's nations. . Along with the eight yes posts so far...ROFLMFAO!

You think they will go through all the trouble and not amend the law?
Not trying to "get you." I don't play those games. I'm merely pointing out that if parading around naked in front of a roomful of homosexuals is your thing, then go for it. I just don't think that its productive to introduce another element of stress into our military. DADT provides the right amount of restraint, for both sides, without contravening anyone's right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Parading around naked in front of a bunch of gay dudes is not my idea of fun nor did I say it ever was, I'm not sure which armed service you served in, maybe the Navy you know the saying, "250 men leave port, and 125 couples return" haha. Other than that joke I don't know of any armed service that parades around naked.

The House already amended the law, as I stated, with the Murphy Amendment. That amendment only repeals DADT, it does not replace it with anything new. Once a law is repealed it reverts back to the way things were before the law that was repealed was enacted into law. In other words, repealing DADT will cause military recruitment to abide by the same restrictions that were in place before the DADT was enacted into law in 1993.

They can very easily eliminate the law.
Problem solved.
