Not trying to "get you." I don't play those games. I'm merely pointing out that if parading around naked in front of a roomful of homosexuals is your thing, then go for it. I just don't think that its productive to introduce another element of stress into our military. DADT provides the right amount of restraint, for both sides, without contravening anyone's right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
I understand what you are saying, but the consequences that come with someone's sexuality being ousted are too harsh. One shouldn't be kicked out of the military just because of their sexuality.
I understand trying to protect them from ridicule, harrassment, and/or violence, but honestly, gays get that already. The military isn't going to provide any different of an environment than the real world with that sort of thing.

I don't remember parading around naked in front of ANYONE. We had stall type showers on the ship...and I didn't strip off any clothes until I got in. Then I put clothes back on.
