Again, check out that constitution, where it says the federal governments job is wars.. Dont like that part of it, fine, dont like the "war" we're involved in, fine.. but that is the governments job..

Once again you absolutely refuse to recogize the truth that people have died before in American hospital emergency rooms because they were denied health care.
That is absolute nonsensical BS. ,Do a little research. All hospitals have to stabilize anyone in need, even if it means a heart/lung transplant.
That is what is wrong with all the illegal alien criminals pouring into our country. They get free health care and the system has to make up for it somewhere.

I'm all for cancelling medicare, and medicaid on a federal level. No arguments from me. Taking care of its citizens is a state obligation, protecting the citizens is a federal one..
