We have universal health care. I fell several weeks ago, broke both of my wrists, I was cared for regardless of my ability to pay. I have had several followup appointments which I also seen a doctor regardless of my ability to pay. In fact, I have yet to receive a bill. When I do get it, it will be paid, but if I couldnt, its not like they will go and undo the surgeries that I needed done.
Everyone in this country gets medical regardless to their ability to pay. In fact, an argument could be made thats why health care is so expensive.

I want to see how this whole thing plays out and do whatever I can to move us in the direction of universal health care. You'll just have to deal with it. You and yours are NOT in control any longer.

And I don't need a copy of the Constitution, thank you. It is somewhat ironic, however, PGH, that you are telling me to read the Constitution when the person you've supported called it a G-D piece of paper. And I mean Bush.

Do you have insurance? If so, you are lucky when you get that bill. Others would not be so fortunate. I want the playing field leveled.

You'll be paying for quite a while. Or if you can't our taxes will. You are right, they won't come and take back your health. They will ruin your credit rating though. Speaking from experience.
