What "You" consider and what the LAW considers, are two entirely different things
I can assure you that if you tried to argue your position (what you consider) in a court of law in the State of Arizona, you will, I can guarantee you, lose.
Actually, your statement above is, or may be, incorrect. Fore, it seems part of the Obama proposal is that EVERYONE "must" have health insurance -
No options Sweetie
Gee there punkin', I am not your sweetie.
Good, I am glad to hear everyone must have health insurance. That is what I want to see. And President Obama is now running things (or will be in late January). You republicans just have to deal.
So, in your opinion, it is OK to force people to take something they do not want?
Sounds rather communistic
Hmm, communistic. We've moved beyond SOCIALISTIC. It is no more communistic than forcing me to pay for a war I don't want. Get that? You and your ilk have forced me to pay for a war I do not want. And, btw, you are most WELCOME to opt out of universal health care. If you don't like it, don't frequent medical practitioners. Please, be my guest.
Then YOU should not have brought up a homeownership example -
I don't think I did. Please go back and find the post where I introduced this (I mean introduced, not merely responded to) in this discussion. And keep dodging the issue and calling me a communist now!
LOL, wrong, as usual. Someone said a person could get Medicaid with a million dollar house. I responded. I did not start the topic. Get it straight, pulease.
