The Secretary General of NATO stated both would become members of NATO.

WW3 would be different . Keep in mind we have nukes as does Russia. I dont think they would even consider it as good bye Russia but the possibility is there again HIGHLY unlikely.

America has been in 2 countries for 5/6 yrs. Americans are tired . Our economy isnt to great we have our own problems.

Most citizens are tired of being worlds police.

UN ofcourse is USELESS but most feel UN should for once in its worthless life do something not the world calling on USA 24/7 .

I'm sorry, who da heck is a Secretary General? - It reminds me of that helpless, hopeless UN Secretary General. All Secretary Generals do is brief on how their organizations are acting upon certain situations. Like i said, the Germans and the French are not gonna allow Georgia and Ukraine into NATO.

No NATO country has stated Ukraine and Georgia won't be allowed to join.

Of course no NATO country has stated that publicly.....what is clear is that they are opposed to such a move and they are willing to block it namely: France and Germany
