Wilson presided over the creation of the Fed. Washington was a slave owner. FDR was a rabid socialist who refused to allow Jews to escape to USA from Nazi Germany, and also rounded Japanese Americans up in internment camps. There's something for everyone to find fault with on this list. I would question who was surveyed. A bunch of ivy league tower elites? Government workers/bureaucrats? CNN viewers? People besides the American public, who presidents are supposed to serve?
How could Obama rank high? He did nothing at all. What a joke. I don’t care for Trump, it he did more than Obama.
He presided over the slowest recovery in US history, allowing corporations to become more profitable than ever. Our suffering was their gain. Obama succeeded in shifting blame towards republicans for all the pain and suffering felt among the masses.
