A bunch of Democrats have hereby declared that Obama is the bestest ever ever ever ever. This same bunch of Democrats has declared that the Trump is the worstest ever ever ever ever.

I'm sure that a huge fan of Jimmy Carter might easily make the case that Jimmy Carter won the Cold War, made Iran a better and happier place, and that everything good and noble in this world was farted out by Jimmy Carter. I'm sure you can find somebody to explain in exhaustive detail why John Tyler, Zacharay Taylor, Millard Fillmore, Franklin Pierce and James Buchanan are the greatest statemen in human history. We already have scores of people who can wax eloquent about how the Confederacy was a super great idea.

Just because you can BS your way through claim the sky isn't blue and grass doesn't grow doesn't make you right. It just means you a talented liar.

The same people already ranked Trump at the bottom back in 2016, when elected Democrats were already calling to impeach him.

Between the tens of thousands of lives destroyed with Obama's disastrous ISIS and Libya policies, he should still be at the bottom. Not to mention his pathetic 1.6% growth economy, even after eight years in office, yeah Obama was horrible.

Donald Trump presided over an America that:

- Denied the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
- Increased our energy independence.
- Imposed tariffs on other countries, causing at least a small part of the manufacturing sector to return to America.
- Stalled the transgender agenda for the Military.
- Pulled Soldiers out of some foreign conflicts.
- Reduced involvement in new foreign conflicts.
- Instituted tax cuts, which yes did benefit the rich, but everyone else as well.
- Got rid of stupid Obamacare mandates, and Obama-led tax hikes on investments.
- Had almost no incidents of foreign terrorism during his brief tenure (granted 2020's George Floyd bullcrap gave us plenty of domestic terrorism, which worked since now our president is Alzheimer Joe).

...as for the CV19 deaths, China sneezed and got the world sick of times before. This time, any death not attributed to obvious physical trauma was labeled CV19, so it could be blamed on Trump.

---------------

Now that we have Biden we also have:

- Killed off the Keystone Pipine and reduced our energy independence DAY 1.
- That caused the price of gasoline to go up 55% in 6 months.
- Reinstated the transgender agenda within the military.
- Kowtowed to the domestic terror group, BLM, on every demand they have, since they xeroxed him into office.
- Instituted Critical Race Theory ("CRT") into our school cirriculum, CRT is to White Americans what Mein Kampf was to Jewish Europeans.
- Proposed a ridiculous series of tax increases.
- Basically negated our border.
- Basically stumbling around, unable to answer questions without an earpiece, making us look like the laughing stock of the world.

...but hey, at least he doesn't call people losers (that actually are losers) over twitter.

---------------

Donald Trump was one of the Presidents in my lifetime. His policies took the Democrat's critically dangerous tidal wave of idiotic BS, and reduced it to a far less damaging (bit still bad) storm surge of BS.

From the article I linked...

"For much of 1864, Lincoln himself believed he had little chance of being re-elected. Confederate forces had triumphed at the Battle of Mansfield, the Battle of Cold Harbor, the Battle of Brices Cross Roads, the Battle of Kennesaw Mountain and the Battle of the Crater. In addition, the war was continuing to take a very high toll in terms of casualties with campaigns such as Grant's Overland Campaign and the perceived lack of progress. The prospect of a long and bloody war started to make the idea of "peace at all cost" offered by the Copperheads look more desirable. Because of this, McClellan was thought to be a heavy favorite to win the election... However, several political and military events eventually made Lincoln's re-election inevitable... With the fall of Atlanta on September 2, there was no longer any question that a Union military victory was inevitable and close at hand."

Basically, had it not been for the success of William Tecumseh Sherman in Georgia, Lincoln probably would have lost reelection. The fundamental issue in 1864 was not whether you supported Abraham Lincoln, it was whether the war should be fought to the end, or whether the Union should seek peace with the south. Prior to Sherman capturing Atlanta, most of the country just wanted the war to be over with.

Lincoln won 40% of the vote in the 1860 election because the opposing party split their votes. In the south Lincoln effectively got 0% of the vote. Which means Lincoln won about 57% of the vote in the North. In 1864 this was down slightly to 55%.

In any case, if you consider both the north and the south together, Lincoln was never supported by anywhere close to a majority. He lost support during the war, and only won reelection because of the military success of William Tecumseh Sherman.

My favorite Abraham Lincoln quote is in this link. It was Abraham Lincoln's justification for locking up journalists and suspending habeas corpus.

But by September the Union had captured Atlanta, the war was almost over.

I totally agree. His popularity was tied to Union success in the war. With Sherman's success in the South, Lincoln's popularity rose. He was also popular with the military and took over 75% of the absentee ballots from soldiers.

Historians tend to be quite liberal. Can't take them seriously.

When I think of worst of all time, I think of presidents who had a long term negative impact on the country. Yes you can't dismiss morals and the inability to lead by example, but at the end of the day policies impact you more often than not. Jan 6 and Covid sucked, but people will shrug off the former(unless T is the nominee again) while the latter impacted the world. Dubuya, LBJ, Wilson, Pierce and Buchanan are bottom 5. Obama is mid 30s. Such a disappointment and this whole SJW/woke garbage started under him, but he's not the worst.

Historians = People who earned a worthless college degree and are forced to work in academia = liberal = don't like Trump. Not hard to understand.

I'm not saying Trump was the greatest POTUS ever, but to put Obama above him simply shows serious bias. Obama was the most divisive POTUS this country has ever had to endure. His legacy will be the vilification of law enforcement, enabling/accelerating the rise of extremist SJWs, and promoting victim culture. He will literally be remembered for orchestrating the downfall of the United States. The phrase "evil incarnate" comes up short when describing such a vile, hateful person. I can't believe people still defend that jackass.
