The fight for what? A group of radicals that have been driven to mountains and stand about as much threat as the swine flu regarding the American public. I'd threaten a guard that was unlawfully detaining me and torturing me as well, by the way.

Deal with reality: as long as we are occupying somebody's country, they'll fight back.

Guantanamo is still being operated 3 years into Obama's presidency? Good thing the anti-war crowd was a political front made up of posers or this would damage Obama's re-election chances.

It still may, depending on how Ron Paul does.

Give us a good reason to jump ship and we will. Give us some religious-right goon, and we'll live with Obama.

It's just beyond retarded to blame every single headline on Obama, as if Obama controls the universe. It's even more stupid to blame uncontested US policies that are more or less bipartisan on Obama. Here's some of what we can expect from KU in the future.

Let's say a hurricane hits Florida next year. Here will be the headline: FEMA slow to respond due to budget cuts. Here will be KU's rewrite: Obama slashes FEMA budget, tells Floridians to eat it

Or perhaps Egypt's new rules will start cracking down on their citizens and menacing Israel. KU's write up will be: Obama-backed Egyptian government hates Israel.

Well in all reality Obama's gotta make some room down there for the citizens he plans on interning indefinitely.

Ask the folks in NY why they were allowed into the country in the first place, and then allowed to board airplanes and hijack them, then fly them in the completely opposite direction of intended destination without interference upon clearly heading for New York City airspace.

It's been 10 years and the radar on them in the USA has been silent. I think it's time to admit our own failures in addition to terrorism involving 9/11. Including providing many of them with weapons and training directly.
