There is no doubt in my mind that as bad as things are, they would be worse, far worse than if GOP were POTUS.

And McCain would not have done squat about healthcare, leaving many of us who are self-employed and running small businesses in the position of subsidizing big business. Face it, McCain is and was a corporate stooge like most Republicans. NO THANKS.

And have you considered the possibility that Caribou Barbie being POTUS if McCain had passed away in office?
Each of your points can also be said about Obama.

What is the difference?

Because it was still a better choice than McCain/Palin administration.

I guess you shudder at the thought of lower unemployment, less debt, lower deficits, a possible balanced budget amendment, real action against illegal aliens, expansion of domestic energy resources, tort reform, and no Obamacare?

I guess it is true that the left loves misery. That explains alot of things.

Substitute Iran for Libya and a few others and you have just described the Obama presidency perfectly. Also, the need to substitute Iran may not exist shortly.

Yes, your grace, spare me the cane. I confess. I should have supported the peace-loving John McCain, who would have been an infinitely better president, and rescued the republic and restored the economy and repaired immediately all the damage and destruction and pestilence that was done by George W. Bush and his fellow criminals.

Oh, by the way: Are there any 2004 Bush supporters out there who will admit they were wrong? Or 2000 Bush supporters? Or 2002 Iraq Shock and Awe supporters who will admit they were wrong?

Actually, it would have been better for the Democratic party if McCain had won.

The economy would still be in about the same shape it is now..and considering how many wars Obama has started or ramped up, McCain couldn't have done much worse in that area either. Obama has also proven to be the worst president in US history when it comes to access to medical marijuana.

The big difference though, had McCain been president..we likely would have seen Democratic gains in the 2010 midterms, instead of losses. Now we're stuck with a weak ineffectual president, who espouses and supports center right policies, with the very real possibility of a complete takeover in congress by the Republicans next year..

Has Obama not run up debt like there's no tomorrow? He's run up more than any president in history. Please explain how Obama has a clue about the economy and what he's done to improve it. Doing nothing about healthcare would be better than Obamacare. In case you haven't noticed Obamacare is being dismantled one piece at a time due to the fact that it's a complete disaster. Have you considered the possibility of President Joe "This is a big effin' deal" Biden?

By your argument, it would be a good idea to elect candidates like David Duke, to vividly reveal to us the error of our way and convince us to never make such mistakes again.
