Well IDK, By googling Brandon Lee gay, I discovered that a gay porn star shares the name. That makes it harder to know for sure either way.

Avondale is a transition place from the Laveen area of Phoenix to Goodyear and Litchfield. It is quite nice on the north side of I10 and there are nice places on the south side too, but it is not uniformly so. There is an older part just east of Litchfield that while not Guadalupe or the south side is pretty rundown.
Do you mind citing that? Because honestly I don't think I believe it.

To those who voted for the other West Valley suburbs, what was your reasoning to pick the WV suburb you voted for over Litchfield? In my humble opinion the newer West Valley suburbs are all pretty similar. I'm just trying to reason why Avondale has racked up votes but not Litchfield. Honestly if I wasn't a native I wouldn't know the difference between those two just driving around, I'd probably assume they were the same city.
I live next door in NM but am in PHX regularly for business and family. I stay in Peoria, Mesa, PHX, Scottsdale - just depends on what part of the metro I need to be closest to on any particular trip. My niece lives in Paradise Valley, cousins are in Tempe and Mesa. On a typical biz day, I'll hit central PHX, Mesa, Scottsdale, far N PHX, Tempe, Peoria and Avondale. I like all those areas for different reasons. I voted Gilbert as my least liked city. I find it unfriendly in a lot of ways compared to the rest of the metro. And I don't agree with much of Gilbert politics. Doesn't make it a bad place for others, though.

Why wouldn't you? There is a ton of income in the west valley and LP is a small cit that is desirable

FWIW, there was a time LP was #2 and the SW Valley was very well represented.

There are many metrics, but using median household income using current census data you get Paradise Valley #1, Gilbert have moved into #2, Cave Creek #3, Litchfield Park #4, then Scottsdale/Chandler are pretty much equal followed by Goodyear

If you take a CDP like Anthem it would drop 3rd

If you go per capita income it goes PV, Scottsdale then LP
