You know who is causing all the problems in this city. You know who is committing all of the crimes. You know why our neighborhoods are being ruined. Don't forget.

We know what you're implying, and you're mostly right, but the pale-skinned drug addicts, although not nearly as violent, are also wreaking havoc.

Well the Police are being told by their superiors that drug use is no longer criminal, it is a disease. So there is that.

Do all the drugs you want, but don't make your habit/addiction/weakness everybody else's problem by stealing, burglarizing, robbing, assaulting and (in extreme cases) murdering. These things should lead to arrest and sentencing. I believe it's a 'disease' now only because there's money to be made in rehab facilities. It's like having a license to open a casino. Last I heard there's a 91% recidivism rate for addicts, so they're not very effective. There's got to be a better way.

Do we have actual statistics on the number of drug-addicted individuals who are committing crimes? It's a very large and diverse group of people who don't all live in Kensington, despite popular belief.

To the extent that drug addicts are committing crimes, I'd imagine it's a small segment of repeat offenders.

Who said anything about Kensington? It's common knowledge that the vast majority of thefts, burglaries, unarmed robberies, etc, nationwide, are committed by addicts. You really don't believe this?

I think my point is that those committing crimes may be disproportionately drug-addicted, but only a small portion of the massive pool of drug addicts commit serious crimes.
