Here's what Kenney had to say:

"It's disheartening, and quite frankly infuriating, that criminals feel emboldened to commit such a reckless crime in the middle of the day in what should be a place of tranquility and peace-one of Philadelphia's beautiful parks," Kenney said in a statement. "My thoughts are with her during what I'm sure is a traumatic time."

What a worthless mayor.
Those who refuse to believe that a soft on criminals policy and an unwillingness to work have nothing to do with what's going on are either stupid or lying to themselves. Mask mandates aren't helping, either. Then again, policy in Philli is dictated by the uneducated illiterate and the stupid, naive 'educated.'

The assault of the female motorist in Jenkintown was committed by two of Philli's finest. Who'd have thunk? I knew it immediately.

No. From the other end of the spectrum. Remember, it's not the cops who are to blame for the current situation in Philli, it's your lawmakers.

FWIW, "<insert city name>'s finest" has historically been a way to refer to the police. Hence Reddog's confusion.

The people who committed the Scanlon carjacking were all from Wilmington, DE, ages 13-19. It’s sad how young some of these people are. Glad they were caught.
